How we came to be
The owner of MLW Construction, Mike Walter, has over 26 years of experience in the construction field. MLW Construction is a family owned business so the employees of our business know the hardships that can be associated with making ends meet. Because of this, we keep our prices affordable.

You don’t have to worry about the design process and the current building code applications, we will take extra care of it for you. Our design services are always free. You can choose from bench seating to custom railing applications.
